The Public Lands Preservation Act (PLPA) regulations are now out for public comment. The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is now calling PLPA the Open Space Act and these draft regulations have a short 30-day comment period. MACC will hold a Lunch & Learn presentation on these regulations in December, and we hope you will register for EEA’s public hearing on December 17, 2024. More information will be coming in the next few weeks about preliminary comments on the draft regulations.
