American Farmland Trust is excited to announce that we have dedicated funding available for New England farmers under our Brighter Future Fund’s Emergency Resilience Grant! Due to the generosity of our donors, we anticipate making at least 25 grant awards specifically to farmers in New England.
Grants are up to $10,000! We are prioritizing funding for small to mid-size farms that have historically faced barriers to accessing traditional funding. Grants can support efforts to strengthen financial resilience, provide business technical assistance, invest in business development, and promote soil health and environmentally beneficial agricultural practices. To be eligible, your project should clearly show how it will boost your financial resilience or open up new markets.
