Executive Director of MACD, Michael Leff, attended the annual “NACD D.C. Fly-In” organized by the National Association of Conservation Districts. During that event, state associations are encouraged to visit their Congressional delegations to inform them about the activities, issues, and needs in our respective states and territories.
