Field Notes: An Afternoon of Storytelling

April 30 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

CISA’s Field Notes is a live storytelling event that celebrates the impact of local food and farming on individual lives and on our larger community. Come hear true stories told by your western Massachusetts neighbors about following dreams, sustaining livelihoods, and connecting with others through food. Be moved, enlightened, and inspired as they share their perspectives, humor, and lessons learned along the way.

Previous stories have ranged from serious (like a single parent facing food insecurity whose life was changed by a farm share) to downright silly (like fried green tomato hornworms) and everything in between. This year’s show promises to be one of our best yet: we don’t want you to miss this!

COVID precautions: All are welcome to mask or unmask as comfortable. CISA will provide masks at the entrance of the theater for your convenience. If you have recently been exposed to someone sick with COVID-19 or are feeling ill, please stay home to protect the health of others.

This event has sliding scale pricing. Choose whichever option feels right for you:

  • $30 Pay It Forward
Help offset the cost of attendance for others
  • $20 Solid Ground
    Recommended price
  • $10 All Are Welcome
We don’t want you to miss this!
