Run for Wildlife: September 24
Lace up your sneakers and help endangered wildlife! MassWildlife is hosting a 5K, 10K, and a 1-mile Kids Fun Run at the beautiful Wayne F. MacCallum Wildlife Management Area in Westborough.
All proceeds will benefit the Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Fund. MassWildlife’s Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program focuses on conserving rare species and their habitats throughout Massachusetts. All money donated to MassWildlife’s Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program goes towards conserving the more than 430 rare animals and plants that call Massachusetts home. Your donation goes toward equipment and services needed to give these species a fighting chance. These rare species play an important role in keeping the Commonwealth’s natural communities thriving.
